Current WWE Champion John Cena has been confirmed to be the executive producer for a newly announced show for HGTV.
HGTV took to Twitter to announce “Junk or Jackpot?”, a show following collectors who discover the value of their “extremely unusual trinkets.”
Announcing Queer Eye star Bobby Berk and WWE’s John Cena for the project, HGTV wrote:
Bobby Berk is coming to HGTV! “Junk or Jackpot?” (wt), a new series executive produced by John Cena (yes, that John Cena), sees the former #QueerEye star following collectors as they discover the true monetary value of their extremely unusual trinkets.
From rare puppets to dolls and superhero figurines, surprises await at every turn! Stay tuned for more.
John Cena addressed his role on the series on Twitter, writing:
What we collect is a reflection of who we are and what we love. Grateful to @HGTV and Bobby for making this project come to life!
Cena last defended his WWE Championship against CM Punk at the June 28 Night of Champions PLE.
He is slated to put his gold on the line against Cody Rhodes at the August 2-3 SummerSlam event.
