John Cena To Join Fortnite Ahead Of WWE SummerSlam

16-time WWE World Champion John Cena will join Fortnite later this week.

Items related to the former WWE star will enter the online game’s item shop on Thursday (July 28) at 8pm ET.

As well as entrance gear and ring gear John Cena outfits/skins, other items in the ‘John Cena set’ will include:

• WWE Championship Title Back Bling (included with the Outfit)
• Five Digit Slapper Pickaxe
• U Can’t C Me Emote

John Cena appeared on the June 27 edition of WWE Raw to celebrate ’20 years of John Cena’, two decades on from his WWE SmackDown debut.

During his appearance, Cena stated that he doesn’t know when he’ll next wrestle. His most recent televised match took place at SummerSlam 2021, against Roman Reigns.

Cena and his wife  Shay Shariatzadeh recently had a second wedding ceremony in Vancouver, Canada, after plans for their first wedding in October 2020 were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

John Cena and Mr Money in the Bank Theory have been teasing a match over the last few months. Theory has promised to cash in his Money in the Bank contract at SummerSlam.

During Saturday’s Premium Live Event, Roman Reigns will defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Title against Brock Lesnar in a Last Man Standing match. Check out the announced card for the event right here.
