John Cena has revealed whether he loves WWE more than the art of acting, having enjoyed a lengthy career in both.
In his retirement year and currently on a heel run, Cena made the comment at Fan Expo Dallas, with highlights of his appearance here.
Speaking during the Q&A session, Cena admitted that he loves wrestling more than acting, talking about the magic of a live broadcast, saying:
“I love wrestling so much more. So much more. There’s no denying the magic in an arena for a live WWE broadcast.
“I love wrestling so much more and I’m fine saying that. If that knocks me out of the movie business, I’ll be accountable for saying that.”

The June 20 episode of WWE SmackDown saw Cena continue his villainous streak, delivering a “pipecomb” promo that referenced an AEW star and others after putting CM Punk through a table.
While he continues to be a fixture on WWE television, John Cena will next be seen in Heads of State, an action comedy movie also starring Idris Elba, Priyanka Chopra and Jack Quaid.
His television career will continue with Peacemaker season 2, set to premiere on HBO Max in August.
