Former NXT Champion Johnny Gargano seemingly completed his babyface turn on tonight’s (October 19) episode of NXT 2.0.
Gargano seemingly began a slow babyface turn on the premiere episode of NXT 2.0 back on September 14 during the wedding between Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis.
To begin tonight’s episode, Gargano made his return to the brand, confronting new North American Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams, before he and Dexter Lumis chased the pair off.
Gargano’s WWE contract is reportedly set to expire on December 3, and there is no word yet on if he has re-signed with the company.
