Yesterday (June 15), Renee Paquette took to Twitter to announce the birth of her and Jon Moxley’s baby girl, and that she wouldn’t be hosting her Oral Sessions podcast for a while.
The host this week was none other than former AEW World Champion and father to Renee’s daughter, Jon Moxley. Moxley used his wife’s podcast to answer a number of fan submitted questions.
One fan asked Mox if he would like to see his new baby girl follow in his footsteps and enter the squared circle, which Moxley said he would be all for if she was passionate about it.
Replying to the fan, Jon Moxley said:
“If she was really passionate about it, then yeah, go for it. If not, if it were just a playing around thing, then go play around with it. I would assess where her mindset was and (I would say), ‘Get in there and, uh, take a bump. See how that feels’. Whatever she wants to do, I will support it. If she ever wanted to get into wrestling, in theory, I would rather guide it and make sure it was done correctly and safely and right, and for all of the right reasons.”
You can listen to the full episode of Oral Sessions here, and we would once again like to send our congratulations to Renee and Jon for their news.
