WWE star Jordynne Grace has provided an update after suffering an injury in a match which took place ahead of Friday Night SmackDown.
Ahead of the March 6 SmackDown episode, Jordynne Grace faced Alba Fyre in a match which was being taped for WWE Main Event.
With Grace posting a photo in Chelsea Green’s wheelchair after the match – which ended with Alba being declared the winner by forfeit – there has been some concern shown online for the recent main roster call-up.
Jordynne Grace has now confirmed the nature of the injury, taking to Instagram to share a photo of herself and Chelsea Green, both in walking boots.
Confirming that she suffered an ankle injury, Jordynne Grace wrote:
It’s ALWAYS the things that you’ve done 10,000 times before. Like who told my ankle to be doing all that? 😭
I’ve been blessed to have gone 16 years injury free. The moment I turn 30, my ankle folds like a lawn chair. Coincidence?? 🙄
Grace’s Instagram post also featured a clip of the moment she suffered the injury, performing an up-and-over jump. She also shared this clip on Twitter with the caption:
“My ankle glitched irl”
