Josh Alexander Final TNA Wrestling Match Announced TNA

Former TNA World Champion Josh Alexander’s final match with TNA Wrestling has officially been announced, ahead of his contract expiring.

With Alexander set to become a free agent on February 15, there has been a lot of speculation surrounding the soon-to-be-former TNA star’s future.

While Alexander previously stated that he was quitting the company after losing to Mike Santana in an I Quit match at the Genesis PPV, TNA Wrestling have announced one last match for the departing star.

As was confirmed on Thurday’s (February 7) iMPACT episode, Alexander will face Eric Young on next week’s (February 13) show.

During the episode, Alexander confronted Young in the ring, noting that Director of Authority Santino Marella approved this match, and that he will leave everything in the ring one last time to show the world what TNA means to him.

With Alexander also recently announcing his independent wrestling retirement, it has been heavily speculated that he could be about to follow in the footsteps of Jordynne Grace and sign with WWE.

Alexander already has history with some WWE names, being the former tag-team partner of former NXT Champion Ethan Page.

Josh Alexander has addressed the possibility of a reunion with Page, which you can read more about right here.
