Jungle Boy has been touted as one of the future stars of All Elite Wrestling since the company’s inception, being touted as one of AEW’s ‘Four Pillars’ alongside Sammy Guevara, Darby Allin and MJF.
Jungle Boy has been in a bitter rivalry with his former mentor Christian Cage since Christian betrayed him back at the AEW Dynamite Road Rager show, and it quickly became very personal.
Christian took shots at Jungle Boy’s family, including his late father, actor Luke Perry.
It was officially announced last week that Christian and Jungle Boy would have their grudge match at All Out in Chicago this Sunday night, but that may technically no longer be the case.
Christian and Jungle Boy had a sitdown with Jim Ross on tonight’s show, where Jungle Boy spoke about his father, before telling Christian that at All Out, he’s not wrestling Jungle Boy, but fighting Jack Perry.
