Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior Dos Santos has taken to social media to respond to Universal Champion Roman Reigns’ recent comments about the AEW roster.
In an interview with Complex, Reigns stated that he doesn’t see AEW as competition for WWE, noting that he’d have no problem throwing CM Punk and the rest of the roster out of the club.
Taking issue with the Tribal Chief’s words, Dos Santos tweeted:
“Hey @WWERomanReigns I heard your interview. Please send the address of this club you will throw me and my little brothers out of #AEW“
Dos Santos made his in-ring debut on the October 15 episode of AEW Rampage, teaming with Ethan Page & Scorpio Sky to do battle with Chris Jericho, Jake Hager and TNT Champion Sammy Guevara.
That edition of Rampage ran directly against WWE SmackDown for 30 minutes. The fast national ratings have been released, revealing that the final 18-49 demographic figures will likely be close between the two shows.
