Despite initially being scheduled to return on December 26 at Madison Square Garden, PWInsider reports that Kairi Sane has now been pulled from the show and post-Christmas house shows.
The match, that was originally the Kabuki Warriors defending the women’s tag titles in a cage match against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, is now a three-way cage match with Asuka, Lynch and Flair instead.
It is believed Sane suffered a concussion during the TLC main event on Sunday, and she has been pulled from physical activity since.
She did take to Twitter to seemingly suggest she was doing fine, and has also said so privately, but she is still being kept out of the ring out of caution.
