An amusing Twitter exchange has taken place between Kane (Glenn Jacobs) and comedian Seth Rogen.
A throwback photo of Glenn Jacobs from the 90s was recently shared on Twitter. The photo, featuring Jacobs wearing a War is Raw t-shirt, caught the attention of many fans, who spotted a resemblance between the WWE Hall of Famer and Seth Rogen.
Rogen noted the likeness in the image himself, as Kane is sporting facial hair with a hair color similar to Rogen’s.
Rogen shared the post, captioning the photo:
“Damn, my secret has been revealed.”
‘Kane’ did not miss a beat and responded to Seth Rogen’s revelation, tweeting:
“Now I know why you never see @Sethrogen and @KaneWWE in the same room at the same time.”
Kane’s identity was of course a secret until he removed his mask after losing a match to Triple H on June 23, 2003.
Glenn Jacobs as Kane made his WWE debut on October 5, 1997 where he intervened in the first ever Hell in a Cell Match which his ‘brother’ the Undertaker was participating in.
WWE has been celebrating the 25th anniversary of Kane throughout October on the WWE Network with special playlists of the Big Red Machine’s most memorable moments.
