Kane & The Undertaker Think Major WWE Star Should Have Broken WrestleMania Streak

As we know, Brock Lesnar was the first person to defeat The Undertaker on “the grandest stage of them all”, besting the legendary “Deadman” at WrestleMania XXX back in 2014.

During a WWE Network show based around The Brothers of Destruction, Kane has opened up about how he initially thought the ending to the aforementioned match was botched. You can read about that by clicking here.

On the same show, both Kane and The Undertaker revealed that they think current WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns should have been the man to end the undefeated WrestleMania streak:

The Undertaker: “I thought there would be somebody, like Roman Roman would have been, I think Roman would have been fine.”

Kane: “Yeah. I just feel that it would have made a Roman, you know, it would have put even more luster on that.”

Roman Reigns did go on to beat The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33 in 2017, but the win was less impactful and emphatic than it would have been if Brock Lesnar hadn’t defeated ‘Taker three years prior.

What are your thoughts on the above story and the decision to have Brock Lesnar beat the streak? Let us know in the comments on Twitter or Facebook.
