Karrion Kross’ (Killer Kross) opponent in his first wrestling match following his WWE departure has now been announced.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s WWE contracts officially expired on August 10, with them now free agents, free to appear wherever they want following their WWE departures.
Kross and Scarlett were announced for their first wrestling appearances at the upcoming Wrestle Pro Killer Smokeshow event, though Kross’ opponent had not been announced.
Now, Kross took to Twitter, where he responded to Richard Holliday’s callout, officially accepting his challenge for a match at the Wrestle Pro Killer Smokeshow event.
Kross appeared on the Ariel Helwani Show following the expiration of his contract, where he confirmed that the expiration wasn’t a work, and noting that some other promotions had already reached out to him following his departure.
Kross released his new theme song a few days after his WWE departure, which you can see here.
