Former WWE Champion Comments On Karrion Kross & Scarlett’s Departures

A former WWE Champion has commented on Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s departures, sharing his honest thoughts on the situation.

Following months of uncertainty surrounding their futures with the company, Kross and Scarlett exited WWE in August following their contracts expiring.

Drew McIntyre was asked about the duo’s departures while speaking with Adam’s Apple.

Believing that Karrion Kross and Scarlett will land on their feet and don’t need his advice, McIntyre said:

“I know Kross well. Very talented, so is Scarlett. No matter what they do, they’re gonna land on their feet. So I don’t have to give them advice, they know exactly what they’re doing.

“For everybody else, it’s just, you’ve gotta keep putting the work in. You’ve gotta think what separates you from everybody else. As long as you’re working your ass off, leaving no stone unturned and being accountable to yourself.

“Don’t worry about social, but use social to take everybody on your particular journey. That’s what I did.”

Drew McIntyre was notably Karrion Kross’ first rival following his return to the company in August 2022, with the duo facing off in a Strap Match at Extreme Rules that October, and a Steel Cage match at that November’s Crown Jewel PLE.
