Keith Lee Comments On His AEW Debut

Keith Lee has thanked his fans following his AEW debut on Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite.

On the show, Lee was revealed to be the surprise name Tony Khan had previously advertised for the show. The former NXT Champion defeated Isiah Kassidy to earn a spot in the Face of Revolution ladder match at AEW Revolution 2022.

Following Lee’s appearance, Khan confirmed that the Limitless One has signed with AEW. On Twitter, Lee admitted that a sign he saw in the crowd touched his soul.

Ready to get back on the grind, Lee noted:

“We got a lot of work to do still. But I more than appreciate the warm welcome back. The person with the sign that had the same silhouette that’s on the front of my hoodie…. thank you. Touched my soul. And with sad family times hopefully behind me….let’s grind. #ForwardMarch”

Lee’s Dynamite debut was his first match since October 25, 2021. He was released from his WWE contract in November.

Jay White also made an appearance on the show, helping Adam Cole and The Young Bucks to attack Roppongi Vice. NJPW has indicated that White will be appearing for AEW for at least the next few weeks.
