Keith Lee To Move To Raw Or Smackdown In The Near Future?

This weekend, the wrestling fans in Chicago and those watching at home fell in love with Keith Lee. The big man stole the show not only at NXT TakeOver: WarGames, but also at Survivor Series the following night.

Keith Lee was part of the winning team at WarGames, and was the last man eliminated from the men’s match at Survivor Series, having a pretty cool final sequence with Roman Reigns.

It was reported yesterday that Vince McMahon was also very impressed by the work that Keith Lee did over the weekend.

As a result, Wrestling News is speculating that we could see Keith move to Raw or Smackdown on a permanent basis in 2020:

“He doesn’t complain and he shows up to do the work. We all know how good he is and this was his night to show everyone what he can do. Vince likes him and I think he’ll be on Raw or SmackDown in a few months.”

As if a move to Raw or Smackdown wasn’t enough of a push, Paul Davis has said that he would have Keith Lee be the man to defeat Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship.

“I would put one of the main belts on him. If they don’t want to beat Bray then put him in there with Brock. I think people can believe Keith can beat Brock. He has what Vince is looking for. I would maybe give him a manager and give him a long run as champion. He works as hard or harder that anyone and never bitches or complains about anything. I’m so happy for him.”

It is important to note that Davis is not saying that WWE plans on moving Lee over to Raw or Smackdown to beat Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. This is just his opinion.
