Taking to Twitter last night during the Royal Rumble, former IWGP Heavyweight Champion and current AEW World Champion Kenny Omega has given some advice to the ‘weird WWE stans’ that are trying to piss him off.
Word of advice to all you weird WWE stans. If you’re trying to piss me off, tweet something controversial about a video game I like. I don’t care much about wresting opinions. Those are yours. Have them.
Kenny Omega then had the following to say during the Royal Rumble show, presumably referencing a spot in the Universal Championship match between Kevin Owens and current champion Roman Reigns.
Guys, I know. They did it well so props to all involved.
For those that don’t know, Kenny Omega and The Elite ran over Sammy Guevara with a golf cart last year in AEW, something that WWE had Roman Reigns do to Kevin Owens on last night’s pay-per-view.
