The IMPACT Wrestling future of AEW World Champion Kenny Omega, who appeared on this past Tuesday’s episode, has reportedly been revealed.
Dave Meltzer reports in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Omega WILL be appearing on more IMPACT shows, including this coming Tuesday’s December 15 episode.
Meltzer also noted that Omega will be headlining “at least some” IMPACT pay-per-views.
A match between Omega and IMPACT World Champion Rich Swann has already been teased, which could be title for title and allow Omega to add another to his potential belt collector run.
The exact extent to which AEW and IMPACT will be working together still isn’t completely clear, but it’s been reported that we could see some IMPACT stars – namely Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows – could wrestle in AEW too.
