Ever since Bryan Danielson’s shocking AEW debut at the end of the AEW All Out pay-per-view on September 5, where he confronted the AEW World Champion Kenny Omega, the thought of the long awaited Kenny Omega vs Bryan Danielson dream match was put into fans’ mind.
On tonight’s (September 15) episode of AEW Dynamite, Bryan Danielson addressed Omega in an interview with Tony Schiavone, where he challenged Omega to a non-title match.
After some convincing, Omega accepted the challenge from the American Dragon.
The match will take place on next Wednesday’s (September 22) episode of AEW Dynamite Grand Slam.
