Some major names in AEW are reportedly featuring as part of an upcoming AEW reality show.
Previously it was revealed that Warner Bros. Discovery planning on making a behind-the-scenes show with AEW with an unspecified group of talent.
As per Wrestling Observer Newsletter, three huge names could be featured.
Dave Meltzer noted:
“They are now filming the AEW reality show each week, starting with the 11/2 show in Baltimore. I believe the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega are part of the show which may be why they have been in even though not appearing on the television show. At least when the show was conceived they were a part of it.”
The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega have not been seen on AEW since their Trios Championship win at All Out on September, 4.
The infamous events that followed backstage after the media scrum led to all names who were involved being suspended, pending investigation.
The return of The Young Bucks and Omega has been teased during recent weeks on AEW, and seems set to take place officially at Full Gear.
Matt and Nick Jackson also recently filed a new trademark for ‘The Wayward Sons,’ fuelling speculation of an imminent return.
Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks have also reportedly been backstage during AEW tapings, as Meltzer pointed out.
Though they have not appeared on screen, this latest update suggests their backstage presence may feature as part of the reality series.
The fallout from the AEW All Out post-media scrum triggered a huge turn of events for the AEW locker room.
The return of the Young Bucks and Omega, if captured in the series, will no doubt make for entertaining viewing.
