Kevin Owens Believes He Makes A Better Face Than Heel WWE

Kevin Owens has spoken out about whether he believes he makes for a better babyface or heel character in WWE.

Owens officially made the switch from heel to babyface several weeks ago, after being listed as a face on the internal WWE roster. This comes after he stood up against the Bloodline, and took part in a segment with Austin Theory.

Despite currently being slotted as a babyface, Owens spent the first four years of his WWE main roster career as a heel, which many fans believed to be the role that Owens was best suited for.

However, speaking on The Happy Hour, Owens was praised for his heel work, but revealed he believes he works better as a babyface.

He said:

“I actually consider myself a better good guy than bad guy, believe it or not, but I’ve been told I’m good either way. I’m just happy to be doing a good job one way or another.”

Owens also spoke about broader changes in the company, saying:

“For everybody, the presentation of the show has been different and the mentality behind what we do. For us in the locker room and as performers, there is kind of a different way of thinking about what we do now.

“It’s been fun and energizing in a way. Everyone is excited to do their part and make the show as good as possible. It’s been exciting for sure.”

Owens most recently appeared on the October 18 edition of NXT, hosting a special edition of the KO Show for JD McDonagh, Bron Breakker, and Ilja Dragunov ahead of their title match at NXT Halloween Havoc.
