Last night on Smackdown Live, Kevin Owens appeared for the second week running, despite being fired two weeks ago by Shane McMahon.
This followed Owens handing Shane McMahon a massive $25million wrongful termination lawsuit on last week’s show in a poorly received angle.
After Shane said he could keep Owens in court forever with this lawsuit, KO challenged his rival to a ladder match, where the loser will be fired from WWE.
The match is being billed as the pair’s ‘final match’, something I think many fans are hoping is true.
There is currently no word on when this match is set to take place, but some have speculated that it could be announced for Smackdown’s FOX debut next week or the Hell In A Cell pay-per-view two days later.
