WWE made the heartbreaking announcement at the top of tonight’s episode of WWE Raw that two time WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall had passed away at the age of 63.
Kevin Owens was the first person to come out on the show, and paid tribute to the Bad Guy by giving a “Hey Yo” to open up his promo.

Owens would later appear in a backstage segment with Seth Rollins, where he was speaking about getting his WrestleMania spot, claiming that he knows Seth is having a tough time.
Owens then uttered the phrase “tough times don’t last, but tough guys do”, in reference to the ending line of Hall’s WWE Hall of Fame speech, where he said “bad times don’t last, but bad guys do”.
Owens wasn’t the only star on the show to pay tribute to the Bad Guy, as Damian Priest made his entrance for his match with Finn Balor, when he imitated Razor Ramon’s signature walk, as well as hitting a Razor’s Edge to Balor on the announce table.
