Current SmackDown star Kevin Owens has revealed in an interview today that he’s pitched being in a tag team with three interesting WWE stars.
Speaking with Alex McCarthy, Owens mentioned that three names he’s pitched to form tag teams with are AJ Styles, Mustafa Ali and Apollo Crews.
Having won the Universal, United States and Intercontinental Titles in WWE, the only element of the ‘Grand Slam’ that has eluded Owens so far is a tag title.
Owens was teaming with Sami Zayn for a period but they never won a championship and have since gone their separate ways.
During the interview, Owens also mentioned Zayn and Daniel Bryan as names he’d be interested in forming a duo and having a run with.
