After what could be regarded as a double-turn between Bobby Lashley and Kevin Owens on the October 8 edition of WWE Raw, the ‘Prizefighter’ has been off duty with a supposed storyline injury to his knee.
Storyline or not, Ownes has been officially sidelined and has undergone surgery to not one but both of his knees recently. He even took to Twitter to provide a picture for us, similar to the updates we have been getting from his on again off again bestie, Sami Zayn.

In a report by the Wrestling Observer, who commented on the surgery last week, Owens could be out of action for up to eight months. A minimum hiatus of four months was also speculated, however, which could see a potential return well in time for next year’s WrestleMania.
Who knows, if his healing powers match that of one John Cena, a Royal Rumble appearance could still be on the cards.
WrestleTalk will be sure to keep you updated as this story continues. We wish Kevin Owens the best of luck in his recovery.
