Here’s what happened with Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Matt Riddle after this week’s episode of Raw went off the air.
In the final match of the April 10 show, Solo Sikoa defeated Kevin Owens in singles action. After the Bloodline attacked Owens after the bout, Sami Zayn and Matt Riddle ran down to make the save.
It had previously been established that Zayn and Riddle were not in the building, with Paul Heyman citing ‘flight delays’ as the reason for their absences.
After the cameras stopped rolling, Owens cut a promo for the live crowd. He thanked Zayn and Riddle for joining him, even if they were ‘fashionably late’.
He spoke about how much of a dream come true WrestleMania 39 was, where he and Zayn notably defeated The Usos for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
Owens also thanked the fans for their support, before he and Zayn hugged it out.
