Kevin Owens has provided an update on a potential WWE return after undergoing neck fusion surgery back in March.
Kevin Owens has not been seen on WWE television since March, where he announced that he suffered a neck injury during a match in January, with him taking time away to undergo neck fusion surgery.
Owens’ injury led to his announced match with Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41 being cancelled, with Orton instead issuing an open challenge for the show, which was answered by TNA World Champion Joe Hendry.
The timeframe of a potential return for Kevin Owens following the surgery has not been provided, but Owens himself took to Twitter today to post a teaser that got a lot of people talking.
As you can see in the video below, Owens shared a video of his entrance music playing, interspliced with footage of him training at the WWE Performance Center, as well as a shot of his cat to end the video.
Owens’ last match took place at WWE Elimination Chamber in Toronto, where he defeated Sami Zayn in an Unsanctioned match.
