Former WWE Star Killer Kross Championship Plans Update

Former WWE star Killer Kross has revealed his championship plans as he continues to rebuild momentum in independent wrestling.

Known to WWE fans as Karrion Kross, the former NXT Champion parted way with the company back in August after his contract expired.

With a burgeoning independent wrestling calendar, Kross has now revealed his plans for his current run.

Speaking on a video shared on Twitter and YouTube – which you can view below Kross made it clear that gold is on his mind.

Stating that it’s now time to pursue being called a champion again, he said:

“You can write books, smile for the cameras, shake hands, kiss babies; it never really makes the itch go away.

“You ever feel the itch? Not on your skin. It’s deeper. A pressure in your bones. The whispers ‘do it’.

“You know, most people drown it out, but I let it in. They call me the devil. They say I was born wrong, but the truth, I’m not broken. I’m free.

“I don’t plan it. I don’t wait. It just takes me one second of breathing and the next I’m wearing a ski mask.

“You know, I’ve tried to stop. I really did, but every time I look in the mirror, it’s smiling back and I know I’ll do it again.

“You can run, you can hide, it doesn’t really ever make a difference. It always catches up with you.

“You ever watch something rot while it pretends to shine? Gold’s funny like that. It blinds people, makes them forget that stink underneath.

“He walks around like he earned it, smiling, posing, wearing my skin like a costume, but that gold doesn’t belong to him. It never did. None of it does.

“He just picked it off the bones while the real killer was chained up watching. And, don’t get it twisted. I don’t want the fame or the lights or the noise, I just want it. The feeling. The moment the world goes quiet, and I take back what was stolen for me.

“Not the physical title, the verbal title of being called ‘a champion’. This isn’t about climbing ladders or ‘playing the game’. This is about correction, about balance, about dragging the illusion out and putting it down in front of everybody to see.

“They think they’re champions. They think they’re safe, but you can’t lock the doors when the Devil’s already inside.

“And, when it’s over, and I’m standing above them all and the gold is heavy in my hands again, they will finally learn the true lesson in life: That you don’t just crown a King until the Devil gets his turn.

“Tick, tock.”

Kross has previously revealed whether he and Scarlett Bordeaux are to be booked together on the independent scene, noting the “logic and rational communication” as a factor in any negotiation.

He has also addressed the controversy over his WWE departure, addressing whether he felt like a “puppet” during his time there.
