It has been a few weeks since Kip Sabian was written off television with an injury. It was reported that this was done so he could get surgery on a legitimate injury he was dealing with.
Now, Sabian has provided an update on his surgery. In a tweet sent out today, he said the surgery was a success and now he must rebuild. He also thanked those who had reached out to him. Here is the quote:
“Surgery was a success, now we rebuild.
Thanks everyone who reached out”
Kip Sabian had been in a partnership with Miro until they lost in the Arcade Anarchy match. This marked the end of their team as Miro attacked Sabian backstage in the weeks that followed.
One incident saw Miro slam a door on Sabian’s arm, taking him off television for the foreseeable future. There is still no word on when Sabian may return to AEW Dynamite.
