Kofi Kingston of The New Day isn’t happy at the fan reaction after the failed attempt to appeal to them on WWE Raw.
The December 9 episode of Raw saw Kingston and Xavier Woods attempt to address the fans a week after they ejected Big E from The New Day.
As can be seen below this news story, Kingston and Woods were met with negativity from the fans into Wichita, Kansas on this week’s Raw.
Even Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes voiced his disapproval of The New Day after he visited Raw GM Adam Pearce.
Kofi Kingston has now addressed the reception that he experienced at Raw, tweeting:
I’m still so incredibly disappointed in the people of Wichita, Kansas for not letting us speak.
I’m also disappointed in the WWE Universe for your lack of sympathy on social media platforms. I really think that if you’d just hear us out, you’d change your minds.
Woods and Kingston had reacted with shorter messages following this week’s Raw with their replies being full of the power of negativity and support for Big E.
Elsewhere, Michin shared her support for Big E on Twitter, sharing a photo alongside AEW’s Keith Lee and the injured WWE star’s partner.
Big E’s partner has also fired shots in the direction of Woods and Kingston after she was referenced on the December 2 episode of Raw.
It was recently reported that Odyssey Jones was supposed to be a pivotal part in the New Day storyline before being removed from WWE TV in August.
