Kofi Kingston Reacts To New Day WWE Raw Plans Change WWE

Things aren’t going well for The New Day with Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods being evicted from the WWE Raw locker room.

Having evicted Big E from New Day during their tenth-anniversary celebration, last week’s WWE Raw saw issues from Kingston and Xavier as they ran into Cody Rhodes backstage.

It didn’t go much better for Kingston and Woods in the ring, either, with plenty of booing from the fans in Wichita.

Last night’s WWE Raw would see the New Day attempt to enter the locker room only to be stopped by Rey Mysterio.

The WWE Hall of Famer and locker room leader would advise the New Day:

“You guys crossed the line with (Big) E and I think it’s best, for your own good, if you find somewhere else to change.”

Woods would accept this, saying that they didn’t want to share a locker room with the WWE Raw roster.

Fans in Boston were expecting The New Day to also make an appearance in the ring, with WWE advertising that Kingston would attempt to address his hometown live on last night’s episode, however, that never ended up happening.

Kingston would address this latest disrespect on Twitter in a post that read:

I’m seeing that many people were very upset that we didn’t get to come out & address the crowd last night on #WWERaw as advertised.

Blame “locker room leader” @reymysterio. Since he denied us a place to change into our work clothes, we could not work. So we went home. Thanks Rey.”

While The New Day may have been unsuccessful addressing the fans this week, they will get the opportunity to do so on the December 23 episode of WWE Raw.

Next week’s WWE Raw was pre-taped at the TD Garden in Boston, MA and spoilers can be read below:
