Kofi Kingston Reveals Vader Was A Big Fan Of Big E

The New Day is one of the most popular groups in WWE history. Among their legions of fans, there is at least one very famous name. Vader was reportedly a big fan of Big E, as Kofi Kingston revealed on The New Day’s podcast.

Kingston told the story of when Vader only had an interest in catching up with Big E at the Hall of Fame. Here is the full quote:

“You remember when we hosted Hall Of Fame and Vader was there? Vader had no interest in myself and Woods — zero interest. ‘Nice to meet you guys — oh!’ he’s just looking at you and putting you over and your size and your ability to move and just the look of joy in his eyes just seeing that you made it, you know what I’m saying? I was happy for you, but for me and Woods, you know? He didn’t care at all. We didn’t make weight for your boy.”

The former WCW Champion passed away on June 18, 2018, after a month-long battle with pneumonia. During his time in wrestling he was a superstar in North America and Japan, and was known as one of the toughest men in the business.
