Kota Ibushi vs. Hangman Page Joins ROH Supercard Of Honor XII

It has been announced that at Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor XII ‘The Golden Star’ Kota Ibushi will compete against the Bullet Club’s ‘Hangman’ Adam Page.

This marks Ibushi’s first match in ROH since April 19, 2008. After nearly a decade away, Ibushi has developed into one of wrestling’s brightest stars and one of the world’s best junior heavyweights. Having won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship three times as well as having classic matches with the likes of Prince Devitt (Finn Balor in WWE), Cedric Alexander, and Shinsuke Nakamura, Kota Ibushi returns to Ring of Honor a much more well-rounded wrestler than when he left.

Hangman Page also took considerable strides in his work during 2017. Once regarded as the lowest rung on the Bullet Club ladder, Page has become a formidable performer both in and out of the ring as evident in the Young Bucks’ Being the Elite web series. Now the number one contender for Jay White’s IWGP United States Championship, Page will have the opportunity to craft one of the biggest matches of his career before taking on what could be his best.

With the Bullet Club in a state of disarray and Kenny Omega and Ibushi having reconciled their long-lasting partnership, Hangman will take it upon himself to try and defeat the man who is coming between the world’s most popular faction.

You can watch ROH Supercard of Honor XII live on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at the UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana or broadcast on the Honor Club service.
