Kota Ibushi Wouldn’t Rule Out The Possibility Of Working For WWE WWE

Kota Ibushi has admitted that he wouldn’t rule out the possibility of working for WWE.

At midnight Tokyo time on February 1, Kota Ibushi officially became a free agent when his New Japan Pro Wrestling contract expired.

Ibushi has been linked to All Elite Wrestling, due to his ties and friendship with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks. He previously teamed with Omega as The Golden Lovers, and the duo later joined The Young Bucks to form The Golden Elite.

Speaking with Dark Puroresu Flowsion, the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion made it clear that he would not rule out working for WWE. Kota said:

“Of course, I’m interested in it. I’m good at producing players & I’ve created stars, so I don’t think there’s anyone who can control me even in that frame. I live so freely.”

In the interview, it was also noted that Ibushi has “high interest” in working with AEW.

Ibushi also recently noted that he doesn’t think he’ll go to All Elite Wrestling immediately, but he thinks he’ll eventually talk to them.
