KUSHIDA’s debut match in IMPACT Wrestling has been revealed.
After his WWE contract expired in April, KUSHIDA made his return to New Japan Pro Wrestling on June 21 at the New Japan Road event.
Last week, it was announced that the NJPW star will make his debut in IMPACT Wrestling at their Derby City Rumble taping on Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16 in Louisville, Kentucky.
The company announced today that KUSHIDA will face former IMPACT World Champion Rich Swann on Friday’s taping.
IMPACT Wrestling wrote the following caption:

KUSHIDA made his in-ring return to NJPW at their New Japan Road shows last week and has staked his claim to Taiji Ishimori’s IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.
