KUSHIDA To Debut On IMPACT Wrestling

Announced for next week’s IMPACT television taping, KUSHIDA will be joining the Impact Derby City Rumble event!

Announcing Thursday that NJPW star KUSHIA will be debuting for the promotion at their Derby City Rumble taping scheduled for Friday July 15 and Saturday July 16 in Louisville, Kentucky.

KUSHIDA was announced at appearing at both days of the tapings after recently returning to NJPW after being featured on NXT in WWE.

KUSHIDA was seemingly written off of WWE NXT 2.0 after a stint alongside Ikeman Jiro in a tag team called ‘Jacket Time’ with a gimmick that included dressing in wildly patterned jackets upon the expiration of his contract having spent three years with WWE.

Also announced for the Derby City Rumble tapings include the Motor City Machine Guns facing off head to head as Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin take on one another for a change as well as advertised appearances by Impact World Champion Josh Alexander, Sami Callihan, Eddie Edwards, Tasha Steelz, Doc Gallows, Karl Anderson, Ace Austin, and Matt Cardona.
