WWE has announced that Kyle O’Reilly vs Ridge Holland has been added to tonight’s (September 28) edition of NXT 2.0.
Pete Dunne and Ridge Holland attacked O’Reilly on the September 14 show, causing him to miss the NXT Championship four-way. On last week’s episode, O’Reilly attacked Holland at ringside, leading to him and Dunne losing their tag-team bout to Tommaso Ciampa and Bron Breakker.
It was also recently announced that B-FAB of Hit Row will take on Elektra Lopez in a no disqualifications match on tonight’s NXT 2.0 show. Lash Legend is also set to host the debut episode of her ‘Lashing Out’ talk show.
Those all come in addition to these three championship matches set for the episode:
- Roderick Strong w/Malcolm Bivens (c) vs. Grayson Waller – NXT Cruiserweight Championship
- Io Shirai & Zoey Stark (c) vs. Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne w/Mandy Rose – NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship
- Raquel Gonzalez (c) vs. Franky Monet w/Robert Stone – NXT Women’s Championship
Ahead of the WWE Draft, it has been reported that NXT will play a key role in the roster shake-up. A popular NXT stable has reportedly been discussed for a main roster call-up.
