Lacey Evans Confirms Her Pregnancy Is Not A Storyline

On the February 15, 2021 episode of WWE Raw, Lacey Evans made the announcement that she is pregnant. It came as a shock as she was preparing for a Raw Women’s Championship match against Asuka.

However, there were those who thought the pregnancy could be a storyline as Evans has been linked with Ric Flair as of late. Now, we know that is not the case.

On American Brain and Brawn, Evans herself confirmed that she is, in fact, pregnant. Here is the quote, courtesy of Fightful:

“I’m having a baby ya’ll. I didn’t expect it to be right now, as of a week ago. Women in sports entertainment, women in general, you never know. I don’t have an office job where I can get a big belly and type away at a computer desk. That’s not what God put in my life. Unfortunately, I gotta take it easy.”

Lacey Evans had been in a rivalry with Charlotte Flair with a major match likely coming in the near future. As a result of the pregnancy, this match will not be taking place.
