For the first time in over two years, Ring of Honor will present a Ladder War at Final Battle. Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian will defend their ROH World Tag Team Championships in a three-way Ladder War against the Briscoes and the Young Bucks.
On the most recent episode of ROH TV, the Briscoes and Young Bucks wrestled to determine the number one contenders for the tag titles. After the match went to a double disqualification, SCU emerged and set up the three-way match.
The last Ladder War took place at All Star Extravaganza in 2016. In that match the Young Bucks defeated Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian and the Motor City Machine Guns to win the tag team titles. The match was heralded as one of the best Ladder matches of all time.
Also announced for Final Battle was a singles match between Christopher Daniels and Marty Scurll. Their match will determine the new number one contender for the Ring of Honor World Championship as Marty Scurll is putting his title shot on the line.
The final announcement regarding Final Battle was that Kelly Klein will be the forth woman to participate in the four-way Women of Honor Championship match. The match will also feature the champion Sumie Sekai, Karen Q and Madison Rayne.
The updated card for ROH Final Battle is as follows:
