Another Anoa’i Family Member Pitched For WWE Bloodline Faction WWE

Another Anoa’i family member has been pitched for WWE’s Bloodline faction, led by WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

There is currently a lot of uncertainty surrounding the popular faction, following an angle which many fans have argued was WWE’s best in years.

At the January 28 Royal Rumble event, Sami Zayn turned on Roman Reigns, after the Tribal Chief ordered him to attack Kevin Owens with a chair.

Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa helped Reigns beat Zayn down, but Jey Uso refused to take a side at the event.

Speaking on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling podcast, Former WWE star Samu Anoa’i stated that he hopes that the Bloodline will exist long enough for his son Lance Anoa’i to join.

Sharing his thoughts on the group, Samu said:

“I’m just proud to be able to watch these kids do their thing. I’m hoping one day they’ll smarten up and put my son on in there too, Lance. He’s been busting his ass, he’s been in the ring since he was five years old. Everyone’s got their turn. He’s still in the shadows, waiting for his turn.”

Lance Anoa’i currently wrestles for MLW, where he currently holds the MLW Tag Team Champion alongside Juicy Finau.

He has competed as an enhancement talent on several occasions for WWE, most recently losing to Shane McMahon on the May 27, 2019 edition of Raw.

The MLW star and Roman Reigns are first cousins once removed, with Lance’s grandfather (Afa Anoa’i) and Reigns’ father (Sika Anoa’i) being brothers and former Wild Samoan tag partners.
