
An AEW star will be replacing former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay on an upcoming indie show this weekend.
Ospreay was originally scheduled for this Saturday’s Warrior Wrestling 22 event in St. Louis where he was set to defend the Warrior Wrestling Championship against Davey Richards.
The promotion announced via Twitter that Ospreay will not be appearing on the show due to his ongoing battle with a kidney infection.

Due to his ongoing battle with a kidney infection, Will Ospreay will NOT be appearing at Warrior 22 in St. Louis this Saturday. We apologize to all Warrior fans!

As a replacement, AEW star Lance Archer will be appearing on the event. His opponent hasn’t been confirmed as of yet.
