An update has emerged on the WWE roster status of Lash Legend following her appearance on SmackDown tonight.
NXT star Legend showed up tonight during Nia Jax vs Charlotte Flair, attacking Alexa Bliss at ringside to distract Flair, which allowed Jax to pick up the win.
After the match in an interview backstage, Jax and Legend said this is just the start of their partnership together.
In a new update, WWE has updated its official website roster page, and now lists Legend as a member of the SmackDown roster instead of NXT, confirming this as her full-time main roster call-up.
She made a few appearances on SmackDown and the main roster last year, including a win over Piper Niven.
She had been in NXT since December 2020, debuting as one of the focused-on stars of the NXT 2.0 relaunch in September 2021.
Her past few years in NXT were most notable for her being part of the Meta-Four stable with Jakara Jackson, Oro Mensah and Noam Dar before Jackson and Mensah were both released earlier this year.
It had been believed for a number of weeks that Legend would be part of the upcoming women’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series on November 29.
The Kabuki Warriors also look to be on Legend and Jax’s team after they appeared on SmackDown tonight and ambushed Flair and Bliss backstage.
Legend’s most recent outing in NXT, seemingly her last, was a loss to Evolve Women’s Champion Kendal Grey.
