PWInsider is reporting that WWE has signed ‘Championship Wrestling From Hollywood’ commentator Jonny Loquasto. It was revealed that Loquasto had joined the company during the latest ‘Championship Wrestling From Hollywood’ TV tapings.
It is unknown at this time specifically what role Loquasto, who is also a comedian, will be filling when he officially arrives. However, it has been reported that FOX Sports are looking to make major changes to Smackdown’s presentation, including the commentary. Perhaps the acquisition of Loquasto could be the first indication of such alterations.
This comes after it was reported last week that backstage interviewer Dasha Fuentes was released by WWE.
