Layla Comments On Michelle McCool WWE Hall Of Fame Induction

Former WWE Women’s Champion Layla has commented on her former tag team partner Michelle McCool’s WWE Hall of Fame induction.

Triple H was recently announced as the headline act for the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame class, where he was surprised by Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker at a WWE conference and given the news.

Triple H would return the favour today, when he appeared via satellite on ESPN’s Get Up, surprising Michelle McCool during her appearance alongside the Undertaker, announcing that she will be the next inductee into the Hall of Fame.

Michelle captured many women’s championships during her career, with her highlight coming during her time in Laycool with Layla, where the two reigned as the ‘co-Women’s Champion’.

Taking to Twitter, Layla reacted to the news of Michelle’s induction, saying:

What wonderful news today! No one is more deserving of this recognition and accomplishment.

I’m truly so happy for you, Chelle! Everyone, please show your love to Michelle—she’s incredible and so dear to me.
