Lio Rush Now A Free Agent After Leaving AEW

Lio Rush is no longer an AEW star, after his six-month contract expired yesterday, February 14.

Rush made the announcement several weeks ago that he would be leaving the promotion. You can see the announcement below.

He made his first appearance for AEW as the Joker in the Casino Battle Royale in May 2021, shortly after which he announced his retirement from pro-wrestling.

However, he would then un-retire and signed contracts with both NJPW and then AEW in September 2021. He wrestled just a handful of matches during his six-month spell with AEW, with the last of those coming on December 12, 2021.

As he announced on Twitter, he is taking bookings, so if you want to book him, you can email LioRushNow@gmail.com.
