Lita will wrestle her first pay-per-view singles match for WWE in 12 years at Evolution, and her opponent will be the same as in her last.
Lita will meet Mickie James at Evolution on October 28, a rematch from her ‘retirement’ bout at Survivor Series ’06 which she lost.
The Hall of Famer has wrestled twice for WWE since then, defeating Heath Slater in a short match on Raw 1000 in 2012 and appearing in the historic first ever Women’s Royal Rumble earlier this year.
The match is the second bout featuring a WWE legend confirmed for the show, following the announcement of Trish Stratus vs. Alexa Bliss.
Other matches confirmed include Io Shirai vs. Toni Storm in the final of the Mae Young Classic, Rhea Ripley defending the NXT UK Women’s Title against an as yet TBD opponent, and a rumored clash between Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and former champ Nikki Bella.
