Liv Morgan Addresses Dominik Mysterio Ringside Absence From Recent WWE Matches

Liv Morgan has addressed Dominik Mysterio’s absence from her recent matches on WWE television.

While previously joint at the hip on WWE programming, Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan have only interacted in backstage segments since Morgan returned to Raw from a short hiatus on May 26.

Whether it be her singles match with Kairi Sane on her first night back, or her Money in the Bank qualifier three-way on the June 2 episode of WWE Raw, Morgan has not been accompanied by her on-screen boyfriend.

While appearing on the Raw Recap, Morgan was asked about Mysterio’s absence from her recent matches, to which she revealed that she asked Dom to stay backstage and “let her cook” inside the ring:

“Yeah, I’ve asked Dominik to stay back. Is that okay with you?

“I’ve asked Dominik to please, I know you care for me so much and you just want the best for me. But respectfully and lovingly, stay back and let me cook.”

Morgan has lost both her matches since returning from filming her role in Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo, with Stephanie Vaquer qualifying for Saturday’s women’s Money in the Bank ladder match at both her and Ivy Nile’s expense.

With Mysterio also not booked for Money in the Bank, a new report has revealed The Judgment Day pair could potentially be in line for an appearance at WWE & AAA Worlds Collide, which also takes place on Saturday – click here for full details.
