Liv Morgan captured her first SmackDown Women’s Championship back at Money In The Bank, when she cashed in her women’s Money In The Bank briefcase to defeat Ronda Rousey.
Morgan’s moment was celebrated by fans, wrestlers and announcers alike, with everyone seemingly over the moon that Morgan’s hard work had paid off.
The new champion was a guest on today’s (July 6) episode of WWE’s The Bump, when she was asked about what she will bring to the SmackDown Women’s Championship that previous champions Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey couldn’t.
Liv’s answer was rather simple:
“The people want me to be champion”
Liv also reunited with former tag team partner Sarah Logan on today’s episode of The Bump.
