
The potential WWE return date for Liv Morgan has been revealed amid her absence due to filming a major movie role.
Current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan is currently off WWE television, with her requesting time off last week due to ‘filming a major Hollywood movie’.
It was later reported by Deadline that Liv would be starring in the upcoming Neon productions movie Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo, with her flying out to Japan last week to begin work on the movie.
PWInsider reported after the fact that WWE would not be stripping Liv and Raquel Rodriguez of the Women’s Tag Team Championship during her absence, and we now now when we can potentially expect Liv Morgan back on WWE television.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Liv is not set to miss much time, with the wrap date for her filming set for May 16, with then planned to return to the United States on May 17.
While it’s not known when exactly she will return to WWE television, she will miss a minimum of one more WWE Raw show, with her free to make her return as soon as the May 19 episode of Raw.
Liv and Raquel regained the Women’s Tag Team Championship on the Raw after WrestleMania 41, defeating Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria.
