Logan Paul Addresses WWE Absence Since WrestleMania 39 WWE

With it being almost two months since Logan Paul’s last WWE match at WrestleMania 39, fans have naturally been speculating on when the YouTuber-turned-WWE star will be back on TV.

Despite his recent absence, Paul has signed a new multi-year deal with WWE.

Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, Paul discussed his WWE return, revealing that he’s been keeping an eye on the product and saying he’s “hungry” to get back in the ring.

Paul said:

“I am so hungry to get back in there dude. I am so hungry to get back in there and I just got cable.

“I just got cable down here in Puerto Rico so I’ve been watching Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown and the big events.

“Night of Champions just happened. As a fan, and for the first time, I’m watching the consumer angle. I didn’t always do that.

As a YouTuber, I got to go and be a YouTuber because I knew what people are looking for, what they wanted and what made a good video and kept the audience retained.

“Now, as a WWE fan, I can see how the performance translates from what it feels like from my perspective to on TV and I think this angle and these last three months I’ve had off in this sport will lead to an amazing next couple of years in the WWE… I’ll really excited to get back.”

With no current signs of a return ahead of July 1’s Money in the Bank, it may be more likely for Paul to be brought back into the WWE fold in time for Summerslam on August 5.

Paul may not be alone however, as fellow celebrity wrestling sensation Bad Bunny may also be in line for a potential SummerSlam appearance of some kind.

The standards of celebrities such as Paul, Bunny and Pat McAfee have raised the bar when it comes to celebrity wrestlers and have been three vital parts of WWE’s growth in its product in recent years.

Recently WWE President Nick Khan discussed the importance all three have had on WWE’s markets and how Paul and Bunny’s deals came to be, to find out more click here.
